2. About us & our services

Finnova Advisory Services Private Limited has, since 2011, provided corporate-finance advisory services in India. Our advisory work includes debt syndication and corporate finance, credit rating advisory, virtual CFO services, real estate and supply-chain funding advisory, lease rental discounting, loan against property, and surety bond and insurance facilitation.

The Website provides general information about our firm and these services. The content is provided for general information only and may be updated, changed or removed at any time without notice.

3. Using the Website does not create an advisory or client engagement

Your use of the Website, the submission of a consultation or contact form, or any informal communication with us, does not create an advisory, client, agency, fiduciary or other professional relationship between you and Finnova Advisory.

A formal engagement begins only when we and you enter into a separate written agreement (such as an engagement letter or mandate) that sets out the scope of work, fees and terms. Until such an agreement is signed, you should not act, or refrain from acting, in reliance on any information or communication from us.

4. No investment or financial advice

Nothing on the Website constitutes, or should be construed as, investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, or a recommendation, offer or solicitation to buy, sell or hold any security, financial product or instrument.

Finnova Advisory is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser and does not provide investment advisory services within the meaning of the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013. 5. Advisory only — not a lender, bank or rating agency

Finnova Advisory provides advisory and facilitation services only. We are not a bank, non-banking financial company (NBFC) or lender, we do not lend money or accept deposits, and we are not a SEBI-registered credit rating agency. We do not issue, assign or determine credit ratings.

Any lending, credit, rating, insurance or similar product referred to on the Website is provided by independent third parties (such as banks, NBFCs, rating agencies or insurers) on their own terms, and is subject to their assessment, approval, documentation and applicable law. We do not guarantee that any such product will be made available to you.

6. Accuracy of information & no guarantee of outcomes

We aim to keep the Website accurate and current, but we make no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability or timeliness of any information on it. Statistics, deal figures, testimonials and case examples may be illustrative or anonymised and should not be relied upon as a promise of future results.
