Client Obligations

Fees and Payment

Service fees will be agreed upon in writing before commencement of services. Payment terms include:

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become due, and confidentiality obligations continue.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
